My career began with a fascination for how well-designed software can simplify complex work. Over more than two decades, that interest grew into a career spanning application engineering, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, data platforms, integrations, operational reliability, and technical leadership.

I remain a hands-on technologist. I enjoy moving between strategy and implementation—from defining an enterprise architecture and modernization roadmap to reviewing APIs, troubleshooting production issues, and shaping data flows. I am actively building AI-enabled applications using retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, tool calling, agentic workflows, evaluation, guardrails, and human review. My broader experience includes Java and Spring Boot ecosystems, .NET, microservices, API platforms, AWS, Azure, data engineering, DevOps, SRE, and observability.

Over time, I recognized that the same skills used to modernize large enterprises could help schools, entrepreneurs, and growing organizations. That led me to build products across education, business operations, analytics, compliance, healthcare, and workforce enablement. I focus on platforms that are configurable, mobile-first, secure, and grounded in actual user workflows.

Education is deeply personal to me. As Chairman of American Public School and Founder of BrightScholars, I help advance academic quality, teacher enablement, student preparation, and technology adoption. I believe students should gain not only academic knowledge but also confidence, communication ability, digital fluency, and exposure to real-world careers.

Across every role, I am guided by the same principles: understand the real problem, design for long-term value, make complexity manageable, invest in people, and measure success through outcomes.
